一、 Pre use inspection
1. Appearance inspection:
-The surface of the screw should be free of defects such as cracks, rust, deformation, etc
-The disc nut should be intact and undamaged, with no damage to the threads
2. Dimensional inspection:
-Confirm that the diameter and length of the screw are consistent with the engineering requirements
-Check if the thread fit is smooth
3. Material inspection:
-Check the product certificate to ensure that it is a qualified high-strength material (grade 8.8 or above)
二、 Correct installation method
1. Installation steps:
-Thread the screw vertically through the connecting hole
-Pre tighten the disc nut by hand first to ensure proper thread engagement
-Use a specialized wrench to tighten in batches to avoid over tightening at once
2. Tightening standards:
-The final tightening torque should meet the design requirements (generally not less than 300N · m)
-When using symmetrical tightening method, multiple connection points should be tightened in diagonal order

Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding contact with corrosive substances
五、 Scrap standard
The following situations must be replaced immediately:
1. Visible cracks or permanent deformation of the screw
2. Thread wear exceeds one-third of the standard tooth height
3. The disc nut has cracked or severely deformed
4. Corrosion causes section loss exceeding 10%
